Should I sign up for Weekly or As Needed service? If you plan on using our service for most of the season, it would be best to sign up for Weekly service and add exclusion dates to your Sign Up Form. If you need to delete a visit, go to the portion of the page that says "Please submit Schedule Changes or Special Requests here" or send an email with the dates for deletion to info@cantocurb.com

Who takes the cans to the curb?At the present time all cans are handled by people within the Can To Curb family. As we continue to grow and expend into different areas, this model may change, but as of right now it's all done in house. If you ever have a problem with someone handling your cans, please reach out ASAP. We don't expect this will be a problem though, as we are all courteous, friendly people.

What if I have more than one property that needs service? If you have more than one property that needs service: - Go to My Account - Select New Request - Fill out form for that particular property You will then receive an email confirming the addition of the new property and a start date. In this email you will also be asked for credit card information, which we keep on file for billing.

Do I have to use the service every week? While we encourage you to sign up for weekly service, you may also choose to use us on an "as needed" basis. We do not offer one way services. We only do round trips. We will take cans to the curb one day and take them back the next. Because we charge per visit, if we arrive at your house and find someone else has put your empty can away, we still charge you for a visit. This is a round trip service only. Our goal is for you to leave the trash to us. Don't sit home and wonder if your guests took the cans out. Don't try to rely on your poor neighbors to do it. Don't drive 50 miles just to take your cans to the curb. If you rent your home for $400 a night, or $3000 a week, the cost of our service is nominal. It costs next to nothing. It's one less thing for you to worry about and at the end of. the day, it's a fantastic tax write off. Just let us do our job. It can't be any more simple. If you do choose to sign up on an "as needed" basis, you will receive a reminder email every Saturday, alerting you to sign up for the week ahead. Our schedules are all automated. We need at least 24 hours notice before service. If we don't get the 24 hour notice, there's a good chance you won't get service that week. In other words, best to sign up weekly and never think about it again. You can cancel at any time with no penalty.
